Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
1. Operate food production machines efficiently and safely.
2. Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality.
3. Identify, troubleshoot, and fix minor mechanical or electrical issues in machines.
4. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines as scheduled.
5. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and factory safety regulations.
6. Keep accurate production and maintenance records.
7. Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma / B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (preferred).
Experience:
1. At least 1–2 years of experience operating machines in a food or manufacturing industry.
2. Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Working Hours: Weekly 6days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) (Overtime available with overtime pay)
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
