∎ 3-5 years of relevant experience in any law firm or corporate organization
∎ Enrollment as an advocate is desirable
∎ Professional Experience:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Draft and initiate legal notices to address disputes or compliance requirements.
∎ Assist the relevant team in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation for case filings.
∎ Collaborate with external counsel to secure the best possible outcomes in litigation cases.
∎ Attend meetings and support the CMD team during negotiations with debtors, as necessary.
∎ Coordinate with law enforcement agencies (Police, PBI, CID) to assist in obtaining accurate investigation reports.
∎ Review and manage billings for external counsel services and ensure accurate record-keeping in the company's central billing system.
∎ Track arrest warrants and other legal orders to ensure timely execution and delivery to relevant authorities.
∎ Oversee follow-up processes for all forms of active litigation, ensuring progress and control over case statuses.
∎ Manage court clerks and legal counsels for expedited legal actions.
∎ Lead efforts for out-of-court settlements to resolve disputes efficiently and reduce litigation burdens.
∎ The Litigation Lawyer will provide strategic legal support to the organization by assisting in case preparation, legal negotiations, and liaising with external counsel and law enforcement agencies. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in drafting legal notices, managing documentation, and ensuring favorable outcomes in legal matters. The role also focuses on reducing litigation costs and enhancing the organization's control over legal processes.
