Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities :
∎ Follow up daily production, line input, and WIP.
∎ Reduce WIP and bottleneck in the sewing line.
∎ Understand machine tension.
∎ PO, lot, and style-wise production planning based on the delivery target date, and follow-up target vs achievement.
∎ Responsible for a sewing line and being under accountability.Wastage reduction & ensuring quality product (QA).
∎ Responsible for handle sewing line of Machines.
∎ Capable for Maintain the good team works in the production floor.
∎ Capable for Style Analysis with expert mind to get buyer requirement.
∎ Must have the ability to do total line plan and prompt lay out during change of style.
∎ Assist the Production Manager for day to day routine activities.
∎ Provide guidance to the supervisor, operators to overcome any problem and to achieve daily target.
∎ Check sample and line layout to advice line leader and operators how to increase productivity.
∎ Co-ordinate and run with the production planning receive cutting parts from cutting section and make input in sewing line style wise.
∎ Prepare and submit update report about concern department daily activities to the Production manager
∎ Ensure that the product meets customer requirements
∎ Look after Safety Status of work area.
