∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in land and asset legal matters.
∎ Proven track record handling land documentation, mutation, deed registration, and related vetting.
∎ Experience in Land, Housing legal matters is a plus.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with government offices and internal teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle and oversee legal cases related to land ownership, disputes, and acquisition.
∎ Examine and interpret old land documents, deeds, and records for legal clarity and compliance.
∎ Conduct due diligence and verify title documents for both commercial and industrial properties.
∎ Draft, vet, and review agreements, land deeds and legal notices and ensure full compliance with land laws, mutation procedures, and government regulations.
∎ Liaise with land offices, legal authorities, and other external stakeholders when required.
