Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ • Experience in graphic design with a portfolio and digital marketing at least 3 years.
∎ • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
∎ • Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, online ads and email marketing platforms.
∎ • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
∎ • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Graphics Design, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator & InDesign.
∎ • Computer knowledge and typing skill in mandatory (English and Bangla in Bijoy is essential).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Graphic Design: Design social media posts, website graphics, brochures, and other marketing materials. Maintain brand consistency.
∎ • Digital Marketing: Manage social media, run online ads (Facebook, etc.), create email campaigns, what’s app campaigns, lead generate and track performance.
