Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and reminders.
∎ Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
∎ Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
∎ Maintain proper filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
∎ Also need to travel throughout the country or abroad with MD for company project work.
∎ Have a strong and positive mindset.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
∎ The candidate must have a valid passport.
∎ Assist in personal errands and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
∎ Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
