Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Video Editing, etc.
∎ 2. Excellent communication, team coordination, and time-management skills.
∎ 3. Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing architectural plans according to RAJUK rules.
∎ 4. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients during all project phases.
∎ 5. Preparing project documentation and supervising quality and regulatory compliance.
∎ 6. Ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget and timeline.
