Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, calendar, and appointments
Prepare official letters, notices, emails, reports, and presentations
Record and maintain minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up actions
Handle confidential documents, files, and records securely
Manage professional phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
Coordinate with different departments on behalf of the Managing Director
Arrange travel schedules, meetings, and official programs
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide general administrative and secretarial support as required
