∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vetting various types of land-related documents;
∎ Communicate with the A.C. Land Office, Tofshil Office, Sub-Registry Office, and the Land Dispute Court as needed;
∎ Preparing all legal deeds & documents relating to property transfer and mortgage and registering them with the Sub-Registrar Office on time;
∎ Processing land purchases and updating land documents while adhering to legal code of conduct;
∎ Dealing with land-related issues, such as land purchase, deed draft production, and third-party authenticity assessment of ownership claims.
∎ Interactions with clients, including setting up initial meetings, taking notes, receiving documents, staying in touch with clients, and follow up.
