Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operates as an integral member of the company legal team.
∎ Conduct legal research to detect legal compliance requirements/ risk factor/consequences and impact.
∎ Develops and maintains commercial legal policies and procedures and monitors to ensure compliance.
∎ Advises on legal issues related to the business’s operations and commercial transactions.
∎ Provides legal support and advice on dispute management and resolution.
∎ Advises the business on related regulatory issues and compliance matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience (2 years +) in corporate affairs or IPP projects.
∎ Self-motivated and Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, clear and pro-active attitude towards identifying and implementing solutions.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication as well as documentation and reporting skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese. Chinese speakers will be prioritized..
∎ Acceptance of multiple cultures, dependability and compliance with the company's arrangements.
∎ Excellent knowledge on understanding and interpretation of laws and jurisprudence.
∎ Membership with Bar Council.
Salary: Negotiable
