• B. Sc./ Graduate in Footwear/ Leather/ Leather Products Engineering from any reputed Leather Technology Institute.

• At least 7-10 years experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing and leather goods company.

• Should be knowledge in leather technology, Shoe Technology, Technical Route, Cutting, Sewing, Lasting, Injection Molding (TPR-PVC, PU-PU, PU-TPU) & Finishing Technology.

• Should be responsible to implement all quality norms and system across the production activity and standardize the quality procedure. Critically inspect & evaluate the product right from the initial stage, i.e, Raw material till the finish stage and also provide expert guidance and support till delivery.

• Excellent taste level and brand awareness.

• Strong sense of color, product, and trend knowledge.

• Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.

• Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.

• Main responsibilities will be inspecting, grading, selecting leather to ensure quality standards of finish shoes and be responsible for the clearance of shipment.

• Having quality of handle different type of article of shoes.Ensure quality evaluation and reporting to buyer representative.

• Has to ensure quality of incoming materials expected requirements.

• Must be experienced in AQL inspection system and able to manage technical team.

• Has to deal with all quality issues in production as well as buyers` COC.

• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and make corrective action plans for permanent solution.

• Has to monitor and maintain Production Quality findings analysis, stitching, and reworks, in a statistical interpretation, inform and guide relevant section heads. Provide support to minimize reworks and reduce defects percentage.

• Has to provide technical support to production team when required, to ensure quality standard.

• Must have experience and skills to manage buyers independently in terms of quality assurance.

• Must have experience dealing with technical audits.

• Has to perform any other task as assigned by the management.

• Maintained awareness of industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design and development decisions and drive innovation.
