Responsibilities & Context:
Senior Executive - Marketing is responsible for assisting in analyzing the different types of reports like production against consumption, sales target versus achievement and collection target versus achievement, cost of different businesses/projects, business issues, product quality report and budget variance. She is also responsible for supporting in reconciling the daily delivery & inventory report and financial statements of business units. In addition, she needs to collect and analyze the customers complaints and feedback for taking necessary actions by superior, and maintain effective record keeping for both electronic arid paper documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing production against consumption, sales target versus achievement and collection target versus achievement periodically to show the actual business performance Support in analyzing cost of different businesses/projects and report accordingly.
- Assist in monitoring demand of Sales team to factory operations/production regularly.
- Assist in A/P and A/R monitoring to superior regularly.
- Help in establishing and promoting close relationship, coordination and cross-functional teamwork within group business units and functions.
- Assist in determining the cost of products against the sales price.
- Help in analyzing purchase report to track any deviation.
- Assist in reconciling the daily delivery and inventory report.
- Support in undertaking analysis on various business issues and prepares briefs.
- Assist in reconciling financial statements of business units and report accordingly.
- Help in product quality report analyzing to ensure quality product.
- Assist in analyzing budget variance to track the budget compliance.
- Support in SWOT analyzing of existing businesses and making report for management decision.
- Help in analysis of supplier/vendors performance periodically.
