Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in HRM, English and Management (minimum second class all through).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess the future and current training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with supervisors, talking with employees or administering surveys;
∎ Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement;
∎ Develop yearly training plans and materials for all departments;
∎ Effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously;
∎ Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments;
∎ Maintain understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods;
∎ Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan that address specific program needs;
∎ Reviews existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance;
∎ Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary;
∎ Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities;
∎ Effectively communicate with employees, trainers and management;
∎ Create and facilitate training based on organizations strategy and goals;
∎ Effectively manage the training budget;
∎ Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training;
∎ Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more;
∎ Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personal to do so;
∎ Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment;
∎ Organize meetings with management before preparing course materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes;
∎ Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors;
∎ Collect information from senior management and other departments regarding how well employees retain information and use the concepts learned in training courses;
∎ Administer tests after the completion of training courses to determine the effectiveness of training strategies;
∎ Conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify subjects be addressed or areas in need of additional instruction;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' training related experience in a similar position in any international non-governmental or multinational.
∎ Interpersonal Communication skills, Knowledge of learning development, Computer skill etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, Problem solving capacity, critical thinking and planning skills, time management, decision making and leadership skills etc.

With this aim, RDRS enables those who participate in its program to gain the necessary skills, understanding, confidence, institutions and services; and ensure that the rural communities have the necessary economic, social and environmental resources. RDRS employees approximate 3,700 staff and works with a further approximately 1,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
