∎ 1 to 2 years experience in counseling and training facilitation, orientation at community level of Bangladesh.
∎ Bachelor/ Masters (Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social science, Social work, Sociology or any other relevant discipline).
∎ Training on counseling/training will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop counseling plan of Migration and Reintegration Support Centre as per the monthly target.
∎ Provide/Facilitate training for the volunteers as per plan
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly training and counseling report for Migration and Reintegration Support Centre (district level office)
∎ Develop a compilation report of all Migration and Reintegration Support Centre
∎ Provide counseling to the returnee migrant workers and their family members
∎ Refer migrant workers for trauma counseling.
∎ Case management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
