∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field in any reputed NGO preferably in a Development Project;
∎ Report writing through modern technology;
∎ Good oral and written communication skills, both in Bangla and English;
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office, e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and relationship with others and communication skills;
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide all sorts of administrative support to the Project coordinator and all the respective project staff;
∎ Keep the office files in proper order and make updated filing systems in consultation with the Project Coordinator;
∎ Maintain personnel file (filing, collection of required documents from personnel);
∎ Ensure that letters/ documents etc are placed immediately and accurately in proper files;
∎ Maintaining leave and preparing leave statement; Maintain Materials store (requisition, purchase, supply/delivery);
∎ Prepare necessary documents for inviting quotations for the Project;
∎ Receive quotations, Tender opening, Scrutinizing quotations; Issue supply orders for receiving materials of the Project;
∎ Arrange payment for procurement and other related works;
∎ Organize events/ workshops/ meetings at the district and upazila level;
∎ Collect data required for reporting in coordination with the project staff;
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator in preparing reports of the project;
∎ Ensure appropriate documentation and information flow;
∎ Assist national and international consultants in the field as required;
∎ Contribute to producing training and communication materials as required;
∎ Review the progress of the work plan with the Project Coordinator;
∎ Monitor output-related activities and prepare guidelines, and work plan of project monitoring; Perform any other job when deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Job Context
∎ RDRS Bangladesh will implement Strengthening the Maternal and Neonatal Health System in Rangpur, Bangladesh Project in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat District supported by Save The Children International (SCI).
