Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In Partnership with Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) SKS Foundation will implement the "Community based Resilience, Women's Empowerment and Action (CREA)" Project in Fulchari Upazila of Gaibandha District, with an aim to build resilience towards climate change impacts; build resistance against domestic violence and child marriage; empower vulnerable communities especially women and girls to address the social economic effects of climate change at Gaibandha. The mentioned positions will be recruited for implementing the project interventions.The Field facilitator will responsible for Village Selection and Social Mapping.
∎ Women/ Men/Adolescent group Selection.
∎ Issues, women and Men group meeting.
∎ House hold visit.
∎ Field Facilitators are responsible for forming the women groups/spouse groups/adolescent groups at respective Unions.
∎ Will organize project monthly/quarterly or any other meetings sharing with project management.
∎ This position will be responsible for preparing the profile of the beneficiary households Linkage with others Go & NGOs.
