∎ Post Graduate or Master Degree. Other Certification and Qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or any other relevant or technical field will be a benefit. Undergraduate Degree with at least 5 years of proven relevant Managerial experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management can be considered in Lieu of Masters or Post Graduate Degrees. International Undergraduate/Post Graduate Degrees from Foreign institutions will be given preferences.

∎ Minimum 2 years of proven work experience at a Managerial Level in international NGOs, Multinational Organizations, Embassies and international Institutions. International work experience as an expatriate will be given preferences
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong ability to read and write and comprehended in English and Bengali.
∎ Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff from various background and technical capacities.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and management skills, with a strong sense of problem solving capacity.
∎ Ability to prepare and successfully conduct negotiations. Advanced computer literate with experience of Office Tools (especially Excel, Word & Power Point) & other systems. Ability to use, analyze and manipulate numerical data and spreadsheet documents.
∎ Ability to maintain the confidentiality, maturity, composure and work under pressure.
∎ Ability to develop, maintain and mobilize an external professional network.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring all necessary Logistics support, services are coordinated, managed and delivered as per base/program requirements and activities. Responsible for supervising and supporting the logistics teams and ensuring necessary processes services and compliances are ensured. Take ownership of Base Supply Chain Management and support and execute the necessary procurement process from end to end. Support capital + base logistics department, providing necessary technical support, reporting, information gathering and analysis and participate in opening and closing of base, field visits, assessments and emergencies
