Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a concrete ICT development and deployment plan within the organization, work as a Team Lead to achieve the proposed visions.
∎ Administration of System and Network including Servers, Storage, Routers, Switch, Firewall and other devices.
∎ Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools both on-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure.
∎ Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
∎ Monitoring systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks.
∎ Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems.
∎ Identifying and solving any problems that arise with Computer Networks and Systems.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ Budgeting and Billing for IT Infrastructure.
∎ Candidate should be able to forecast upcoming requirements and should be able to submit proposal to management.
∎ Manage and prioritize the team's workload on a daily basis.
∎ Preserve IT assets and maintaining proper documentations for Regular System Operation, Purchase, Approvals, Changes, Incident reports etc.
∎ Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
∎ Candidate should communicate with vendors, suppliers, Service Providers for new requirements, current solution, Warranty Claim, AMC/SLA and troubleshoot purpose.
∎ Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization's quality standards.
∎ Mentor and train other engineers throughout the organization and seek to continually improve processes organization wide.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 08 Years (Latest) hands on Working experience on System Infrastructure specially on Virtualization, Windows OS, Cloud Platform, Networking, Storage and Backup, LAN and WLAN Solution.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
∎ The applicant must good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Innovative, open minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines.
∎ The ideal candidate will be an intelligent, mature and level-headed individual who will seek long-term future with the organization
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Continue strategic approach, innovation and develop best practices in the use of technology
∎ Certifications preferable:
∎ Networking: CCNA, CCNP, CCNP Security, Firewall Administration, equivalent or Higher
∎ System: Windows Platform (MCSA or Higher), Linux Platform
∎ Cloud: Certification on Azure
Salary:
∎ Tk. 150000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary might be negotiable based on job profile/experiences.
