Proven experience shipping cloud-native/distributed systems in production (SaaS, AI, BPO, or enterprise software preferred).
Strong hands-on in at least two languages: Python, NodeJS, Go.Deep knowledge of microservices, REST/gRPC, async event-driven systems.
Prior work with real-time data streaming, API integration, observability (OpenTelemetry preferred).
Dev culture of TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, security-first design.
Practical, pragmatic builder: production quality > prototype hacks.
Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to own modules end-to-end and become a pillar in SentraTech’s infra build.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Architect & Build a multi-channel customer support infrastructure (voice, chat, email, social) using Python/NodeJS/Go.
- Integrate APIs: Twilio (voice/media), Deepgram (STT/TTS), OpenAI (LLMs + realtime APIs), Zendesk (ticketing), Temporal (workflows), BigQuery/ClickHouse (analytics), and pgvector (retrieval search).
Develop Core Modules:
- Real-time Outcome Router (<50ms decisions)
- Policy Guardrails (compliance + PII/PHI redaction)
- RAG memory with mandatory citations
- Auto-QA pipeline (100% interaction quality scoring)
- Deploy for scale: Ensure sub-300ms latency, resilience, and high availability.
- Champion Security & Compliance: Immutable audit logs, role-based access, compliance-first coding.
