- Comfortable with computers/web apps; fast and accurate typing
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and de-escalation; calm under pressure
- Confident, empathetic communication with diverse international clients
- Tech setup: laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headset, stable power backup (UPS preferred)
- Internet: reliable high-speed connection (preferably 15 Mbps via Wi-Fi; lower speeds may be considered)
- Workspace: quiet, private area for calls and focused work
- No prior customer service experience required — comprehensive training provided
Responsibilities & Context: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social within agreed SLAs
- Diagnose issues, give clear step-by-step solutions, and escalate when needed
- Document every interaction with accurate notes, tags, and follow-ups in the ticketing system
- Monitor open tickets end-to-end, provide timely updates, and ensure resolution
- Comply with data security, privacy, and relevant compliance standards
- Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders
