Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design test plans and strategies for functional and non-functional validation.
∎ Formalize QA strategy, Test Plan and guiding test case writing.
∎ Monitoring and managing testing project(s).
∎ Leading and mentoring the team of QA members
∎ Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and assist QA members when needed.
∎ Review work products of QA Members and Developers.
∎ Test analysis and estimate testing effort
∎ Accurate time counting and reporting of own and team work.
∎ Taking the ownership of projects and leading from the front until their successful launch.
∎ Decision making on product release, Preparing Test reporting with Quality Matrix.
∎ Risk identification, Incident management, Escalation of issues through proper channel.
∎ Work with Developers and other QA members for validation of product functionality, via manual or automated execution of test cases.
∎ Track all discovered issues and defects, and validate fixes provided by developers.
∎ Propose viable test automation tools and contribute in development of test automation for company's product and application frameworks.
∎ Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Team oriented attitude with strong communications skills.
∎ Innovative, open minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have experience in mobile, web and desktop apps testing.
∎ Must have experience in microservice and service-oriented application testing.
∎ Real world experience with testing tools, scripts and various standards.
∎ Must be familiar with any relational database like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Postgresql, etc.
∎ Should have very good knowledge on Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, Jira, etc.
∎ Good skills on Business Analysis, High Level Design, Automated Code Design is a plus and preferable
∎ Good knowledge on CI/CD and Static Code Analysis is a plus
∎ Experience testing mobile apps for different size phones/ tabs.
∎ Proficient knowledge on tools for Performance and load testing is required.
∎ Good knowledge in test automation tools and technologies like Selenium, JMeter, Java Script Debugging, Postman, etc.
∎ Experience in Load and stress testing.
∎ Expertise in Security and Penetration testing is required.
∎ Good knowledge of software quality assurance and defining quality strategies for projects and client engagements.
∎ Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
∎ Very Good communication and time management skills.
∎ Easily adoptable to company culture.
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
∎ Innovative, open minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines.
∎ Should be an intelligent, mature and level-headed individual seeking long-term future with the company
∎ Work eagerly to improve the domain and contexts perception within a time sensitive period.
∎ Review requirement specification and Identifying business requirements.
∎ Create and execute test cases for specific requirement/s, review test result/s.
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Perform R&D on new tools and technologies as required.
∎ Communicate and provide technical solution to ASAI entities in Asia & Africa
Salary:
∎ Tk. 200000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary might be negotiable based on job profile.
