Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university.Having experience in banking/financial software development will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze, Architect and Design applications and databases
∎ Accountable for the delivery of all projects related to software development, and ongoing enhancements
∎ Continue strategic approach, innovation and develop best practices in the use of technology
∎ Make decisions on short and long term uses of technology within the development/ product roadmap
∎ Ensure security across all of the technical systems and software services
∎ Work with other departments within organization to support project/ program management
∎ Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development team members
∎ Work with the development team to prioritize and execute on tasks and development activities
∎ Define, review and improve standards & processes to deliver quality software
∎ As a part of IT management, provide all necessary supports to the organization whenever required
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer
∎ Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge on n-Tier architecture, Design Patterns, UML
∎ Must have good experience and sound knowledge in .NET framework , ASP .Net, C#, Crystal Report
∎ Must have good knowledge on HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
∎ Work with outside data sources/ web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)/ third-party libraries and APIs
∎ MS SQL Server in Core Database Design concepts like: Relational Database Design, Query Optimize concepts with Store Procedure written is must
∎ Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Team oriented attitude with strong communications skills.
∎ Innovative, open minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines
∎ Communicate and provide technical solution to ASAI entities in Asia & Africa.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 200000 (Monthly)
∎ Minimum Salary range of BDT 200,000 but negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provident fund, Gratuity
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Boisakhi allowance.
