Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ On a technical level, he is responsible for technical choices and monitoring the work of his developers. Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems).
∎ He is responsible for achieving objectives and meeting deadlines. .
∎ Technical competence is essential. It allows to make the right choices on a technological level and helps to encourage the respect of developers. It is therefore necessary, for example, to master in java -grails. Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance.
∎ Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
∎ Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
∎ Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
∎ Java, grails, SQL, C#, and HTML
∎ Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability.
∎ Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
∎ Ability to integrate different 3rd party API
∎ Java/grails, JSON, XML, REST
∎ Experience in Linux, Apache, MySQLl, Tomcate and/or server-side Java programming with Web 1.0 MVC frameworks and experience in JEE technologies like Servlets, JSPs, EJBs, Web Services, JMS, JAXB
∎ Ability to use version control software such as GIT and SVN
∎ You have to know how to lead a team, which requires listening, psychology and leadership skills.

∎ 10+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
∎ Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage system.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
∎ Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
∎ Strong knowledge of project management principles
