Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We work with USA-based real estate agencies and acts as a property and landlord management support partner.

We are currently looking for Lead Processing & Client Communication Executives who will manage renter inquiries and coordinate between renters and landlords.

The employee will communicate with renters who contact landlords for house or apartment rentals. The role involves chat-based communication, lead qualification, document collection, and coordination.

The executive will act as a landlord’s management representative, handling renter communication, collecting required documents, and submitting them to landlords. The final approval and decision-making will be handled directly by the landlord.

Role Details

  • Working Days: 6 days per week

  • Weekend: Flexible (depends on assigned slot)

  • Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)

  • Breaks: 15 minutes tea break, 15 minutes Fajar prayer break

  • Location: Natun Bazar, 100 Feet Road, Madani Avenue, Sayed Nagar, Vatara, Dhaka – 1212

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with renters who contact landlords for house/apartment rentals

  • Chat professionally with renters and answer landlord-related questions

  • Qualify leads based on landlord requirements

  • Coordinate conversations between renters and landlords

  • Collect required documents from renters, including: Financial documents, Background reports, Other supporting documents as requested

  • Organize and submit renter documents to landlords accurately

  • Act as a landlord’s management representative during the initial rental process

  • Maintain proper records and follow internal procedures

  • Communicate regularly with team leaders and follow instructions

  • Perform additional operational tasks as assigned



Job Other Benifits:
    • Fixed Salary: BDT 15,000 per month - Salary will be paid within 5-8 dates of the following month

    • Commission: BDT 100 per successful lead processing. Active employees can earn BDT 12,000 - 15,000 per month in commission

    • Yearly Increment: 7% - 15% on fixed salary based on performance and activity

    • Full training on USA real estate lead processing

    • Hands-on experience working with international real estate clients
