Job Context

Freelanty is a digital solutions company working with international clients across payment systems, e-commerce platforms, and web technologies.

We are looking for a CSE graduate who wants to gain real-world technical + client-facing experience beyond academic knowledge.

This is not a traditional support role. You will:

• Understand how international digital systems work

• Assist in onboarding and implementing solutions for clients

• Handle real users, real problems, and real business scenarios

Initially, you will work with international payment-related solutions, and within 1–2 months, you will be trained and assigned to more advanced service areas (e-commerce, web, and technical services).

This role is designed to build practical industry experience, which will significantly strengthen your future career profile and experience certificate value.

Work Schedule

• 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM

• Must stay active and responsive during shift

• Weekly Holiday: Sunday

• Public holidays may require working depending on operations
  

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via Facebook Page & WhatsApp (ads leads)

• Maintain fast response time (within 30 seconds during active hours)

• Communicate in Bangla and English

• Attend client calls when required

• Assist clients in technical setup and onboarding processes

• Guide users using internal documentation and manuals

• Provide support via remote tools (e.g., AnyDesk)

• Deliver after-sales technical assistance

• Manage assigned pages and customer pipelines

• Handle client interactions professionally under different situations

• Fixed Salary: Tk. 7,000/month

• Commission: Tk. 100 per successful conversion

• Hands-on experience with local & international digital systems

• Exposure to real client handling & technical workflows

• Opportunity to work on multiple service niches over time

• Performance-based yearly increment (7% – 15%)
