Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ISO 27001

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain documents (policies, procedures, checklists, forms) for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) to uphold ISO 27001 certification.
∎ Manage existing processes, documents, and records within the organization.
∎ Review and uphold the key concepts, principles, and requirements of ISO 27001.
∎ Interpret ISO 27001 requirements to define the scope of ASA International ISMS Policy.
∎ Encourage active participation and engagement of employees in the ISO 27001 management system.
∎ Regularly review documents and revise them as needed to align with process changes.
∎ Conduct awareness sessions on various management systems for employees.
∎ Perform internal assessments of processes at regular intervals and address identified non-conformities.
∎ Assist the CDIO department in maintaining the Information Security Management System according to ISO standards
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in developing policies related to ISO 27001.
∎ Conduct gap analysis of terms and definitions in the Standard, including risk assessment options.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ External audit experience and adherence to ISO 27001 standards.
∎ Detailed knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 standards.
∎ Proficiency in developing policies, procedures, and manuals aligned with ISO standards.
∎ Communicate and provide assistance for ISO certification across ASAI entities in Asia & Africa.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer will get preference.
∎ Lead Process Development Engineer is responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation for the ISMS and QMS, specifically focusing on ISO 27001 certification.
∎ This role ensures compliance, conducts assessments, and supports ISO certification for ASAI entities in Asia & Africa. Strong communication skills, policy development experience, and relevant certifications are desirable for this position.
∎ Interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames.
∎ Implementing information security standards.
∎ Must possess an independent mindset, team spirit, leadership quality, hard work, and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent command of written and Spoken English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary shall be negotiable based on Job profile.
