Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Computer Networks, Computer skill, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Google analytics, ICT for Development, programiming language
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
C++programing, Computer Engineering, Java or Python Programming Language, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, programiming language, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute a long-term technology vision and forward-thinking capability across all dimensions of the business (e-commerce, ERP, Mobile application, infrastructure, data, personalization and logistics).
∎ Develop, track and control the annual operating and capital budgets of IT initiatives.
∎ Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
∎ Guide the team to use appropriate technology that helps to increase the efficiency and user friendliness of our tech products, such as ERP, ecommerce and mobile applications.
∎ Ensue smooth implementation of the ERP Solutions
∎ Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications.
∎ Ensure flowless integration among ISHO ERP and Ecommerce for smooth business operations
∎ Guide Infrastructure team to ensure system/server and data security.
∎ Establish sate of the art access control mechanism for all sensitive platforms.
∎ Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions and ensure proper documentation for source code.
∎ Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align with business goals
∎ Develop and Implement SoPs for data protection and quality assurance
∎ Work closely with other departments (Finance Marketing, Business Development, Operations, etc.) to understand the current practice of the ERP and offer solutions that simplify the entire process with efficiency.
∎ Develop and implement all of our internal communication systems, including email and communicator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in software and mobile application development, modeling (UML) and
∎ coding in various languages (metaverse, flutter, Java, PHP, Python, Nodejs, Android SDK, iOS SDK, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), and database (MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL) and corresponding frameworks is required.
∎ Should have clear understanding about the business model and technologies for the social media, OTT Platforms, Content Business, Social Sentiments, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Monitoring and Monetizing Tools and Techniques.
∎ Strong analytical and strategic ability
∎ Must have hands-on experience of managing ICT infrastructure in the cloud and on- premise. Hands-on skill of container like Kubernetes, Docker, Load Balancing and High- Availability tools, IT Security, Information Security, Cyber Security strategy and Tools is required.
∎ Knowledge of Google Analytics and other Google applications and tools.
∎ Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management throughout the company
∎ Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
Salary: Negotiable
