Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Proven experience in SEO, particularly in a lead generation capacity.
∎ Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
∎ Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush,SurferSEO, ScreamingFrog
∎ Social media management and digital marketing
∎ Google Search Console, Google Analytics
∎ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Excellent written English skills and B2+ oral English
∎ Skills Required: HTML5 & CSS3, keyword research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), WordPress
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SEO Strategy Development and Execution: Create, plan, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase the company's visibility in search engine results, focusing on lead generation.
∎ Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-opportunity keywords and phrases. Monitor and analyze keyword performance to adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Content Optimization: Work with the content team to optimize website content, including blogs, product descriptions, and landing pages, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and geared towards lead generation.
∎ Link Building: Develop and implement a robust link-building strategy to improve domain authority and search rankings.
∎ SEO Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals, particularly on lead generation tactics.
∎ Staying Updated with SEO Trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the company stays ahead in the SEO domain.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
