Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring Compliance with Financial Institution Act, Companies Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Bangladesh Bank Circulars and other related rules and regulations of the regulators.
Preparing and/or checking agreements, charge & security documents such as ‘deed of mortgage’, ‘irrevocable general power of attorney’, ‘deed of redemption of mortgage’, ‘documents related to creation of charges with RJSC’, etc.
Monitoring case management.
Skilled in preparing daily case schedule.
Prepare monthly lawsuit report.
Maintaining liaison with panel lawyers regarding lawsuits.
Representing the Company in the ‘courts of law’ in the suits and cases filed and/or to be filed.
Input daily visit report.
Maintain Legal documents.
