Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Test, repair, and maintain laptop hardware like motherboards, CPUs, RAM, storage, and displays.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems and find solutions quickly.
- Help design and test new laptop hardware components.
- Work with software and firmware teams to make sure hardware and software work well together.
- Keep records of repairs, issues, and solutions.
- Suggest hardware upgrades to improve laptop performance.
- Ensure all hardware meets safety and quality standards.
- Support technical teams and customers with hardware issues when needed.
