Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ # B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Chemistry background university higher degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Personnel competency, performance, quality of the task, cost minimize, monitor the personnel work comply with procedure and monitoring corrective & preventive action.
∎ Working principles, take necessary action or research regarding problem and find out proper solution, inform the laboratory personnel about management decision, taking initiative to implement the ISO/IEC 17025-2017 standard.
∎ Prepare the procedures and instruction, inform the laboratory personnel about the changes in documents, maintain the working environment in laboratory, maintain official manner, produce accurate test results.
∎ Responsible for implement update standard & work for develop new test method, check the test result, prepare maintenance and calibration plan, maintain stock management, check the quality of purchase items.
∎ Provide training to the laboratory personnel, provide training to new personnel, prepare document for management review meeting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle and resolve tasks in the Lab.
∎ Reporting regularly to Laboratory Manager on the work status.
∎ Oversee preparation of all certifications including review of requests.
∎ ISO/ IEC 7025-2017 sound knowledge.
∎ Delegate team members to perform responsibilities, provided they are independent of the activity or process.
∎ Report on all and non-compliances.
∎ Review of customer Proforma Invoice and work order or contracts for requirements.
∎ Capability to meet requirements and the availability of appropriate methods.
∎ Review/approval and control of all quality, and test procedures.
∎ Control of non-conforming materials, equipment, and services.
∎ Assuring that the policies in the manual are strictly followed for all work performed under the scope of the manual.
∎ Promote the awareness of customer and regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
∎ Identify quality system problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ # Sound knowledge ISO/IEC 1725-2017.
∎ # Sound knowledge AATCC, ASTM, BS, ISO ETC.
∎ # Practical experiences in Garments Lab, Lab accreditation certification & Others related report preparation.
∎ # Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ # Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry.
