Knitting and Dyeing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible to manage the overall activities of the Dyeing Lab (Both Physical & Chemical) and Research & Development related works of the Textile Plant.
∎ The ideal candidate will ensure development of sample Fabrics of different Buyers as per the required colors/styles & other specifications in a cost-effective way.
∎ He will also develop new/innovative sample of Finished Fabrics through R & D to attract Buyers for providing future orders.
∎ Key responsibilities of the position include:
∎ Manage the testing of textile & other related materials in accordance with established test methods.
∎ Analyze test data and obtain test reports as per the requirement.
∎ Prepare Sample fabrics as per buyers' requirements by obtaining economical recipes
∎ Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials.
∎ Ensure proper Documentation of dye recipes and processes for each fabric order, for future reference.
∎ Train and mentor Lab Officer, Technician & Lab Assistant to become proficient in test performance and provide daily operational supervision and guidance to these associates
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite textile plant's lab, out of which 2-3 years in Managerial position.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on textile lab tests, sample development & bringing successful results
∎ Should have capacity to obtain buyers accreditation & sustaining of the same
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
∎ Should have proficiency in computer applications
