Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering/ B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have depth knowledge regarding update H&M , WOOLWORTHS ,Decathlon, M&S, PVH, Next, Uniqlo, George, Tesco, Sainsbury, Walmart , BRANDS OF SCANDINAVIA A/S , DUO FASHIONS GMBH , PEACOCKS , BESTSELLER others renowned buyer lab Manual and quality standard requirement.
∎ Ensure the product quality as per buyer requirement before delivery the product in bulk and sample stage.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Garments Accessories Product testing procedure.
∎ To know about RSL and MRSL.
∎ Understand ISO, AATCC and ASTM method.
∎ To communicate with buyers, understand their requirements and arrange to meet the
∎ Standards.
∎ To communicate with different Lab to do the testing and collecting report if needed.
∎ Fiber identification by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
∎ Lab accreditation process of buyer/customer basis.
∎ Follow-up decisions of accepting or rejecting any test result and generate and deliver report to
∎ Concern Department.
∎ To do the in house testing maintaining standard procedure.
∎ Analyze the root cause of test defects for Fabrics and Garments Accessories Product.
∎ Risk assessment sheet for any Fabric & Garments Accessories Product.
∎ Good knowledge and capable regarding all lab machine maintenance and calibrations.
∎ MSDS, & TDS maintaining & proper follow-up.
∎ Should have knowledge on spectrophotometer operating process.
∎ Troubleshooting and corrective action plan.
∎ Maintain safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace and maintain strong team
∎ Member of accreditation of program.
∎ Responsible for all test report as per standard of Customer & Oeko Tex correlation test
∎ Submission and responsible all lab store related work
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Checking the samples before sending to customer & keeping records
∎ Provide quality guidelines & technical advises
∎ Creating specifications at the development stage
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have at least 5 years' experience in the same position.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Candidate must have Computer knowledge.
