Skills Required: Fabric Manufacturing,Fabric Planning,Knitting and Dyeing,Tubular knit fabrics
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 45 years
- Only Male
- Business model: outsourcing fabrics ( 300 ton monthly Tubular Single Jersey knitting and Dyeing)
- Factory Strength : strong supply chain / 3 months advance yarn and Cash flow
- Textile Engineer : Aged above 45+
- Worked in Knit Dyeing Production and added advantage of Tubular Fabrics Dyeing
- Ability to work with Sub-Contracting factories
- Good knowledge of Dye Recipe to control Shade consistency
- Shrinkage control on Tubular fabrics is important
- To work as independent team to manage the fabric production
Responsibilities & Context:
- Planning the yarn allocation based on knitting machine and Dyeing allocation at various factory locations.
- Ensuring the quality requirements of Greige and Dyed fabrics are maintained on continuous basis.
- Monitoring all the Knitting machine operations and Dyeing processes across all the Sub-Contracting factories.
- Set the Parameters suitable for the expected Buyer requirements.
- Evaluate the Greige and Dyed fabrics data for further analysis and take immediate action on any deviation.
- Undertake responsibility of yarn reconciliation and fabrics reconciliation and Process loss controls.
- Ensuring Fabrics delivery as per the TNA delivery schedule.
