• Proven experience in a leadership role within a knit division.

• Strong knowledge of knit production processes, machinery, and quality standards.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage large teams and high production volumes.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Knit Division In-Charge to oversee and manage the entire knit production division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining production efficiency, and meeting quality and delivery targets. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in knit manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage all operations of the knit division, ensuring production targets are achieved.

·       Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities.

·       Ensure product quality meets company and buyer standards.

·       Monitor daily production output and take corrective actions when needed.

·       Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

·       Optimize manpower, machines, and resources to improve efficiency.

·       Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.

·       Train, supervise, and develop team members within the division.

·       Handle troubleshooting and resolve production-related issues promptly.
