  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Kitchen Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our kitchen. This role serves as a key link between the culinary team and other departments, ensuring proper coordination of food orders, inventory, hygiene standards, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily kitchen operations in collaboration with chefs and other staff.
  • Maintain kitchen schedules, staff rosters, and duty charts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of food cost, wastage, and stock usage.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with the service team to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Support chefs in maintaining food preparation documentation and checklists.
  • Handle kitchen-related administrative duties and communication.
