Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the forecasted sales targets that are set by Head of Sales.
∎ Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
∎ Follows the execution of each deal till its concluding, as well as follows all the related campaigns and works to maximize the revenues of the Park and hit the monthly targets;
∎ Prepare and execute presentations, particular programs/products/services;
∎ Prepare offers;
∎ Plan, organize and find clients in order to achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
∎ Meet the both targeted clients and agencies on regular basis.
∎ Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
∎ Negotiate contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
∎ Constructively handle all client and agency complaints and responsible for bringing solutions
∎ Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
∎ Communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
∎ Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
∎ Follow and keeps track of all the agency / client activities of own channels and organize the data to be reported on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good command on Microsoft Office
∎ Report writing skills
Salary:
