JBBRA is a leading organization working in the Human Resource sector for Japan, dedicated to connecting talent and opportunities through strategic workforce solutions.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager, Business Development to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key corporate clients and strategic accounts

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from existing and potential clients

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach

  • Meet sales targets and revenue goals through account growth and client acquisition

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and account performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development

  • Strong corporate sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
