Job Context

Japan Bangla Bridge Recruiting Agency Ltd. is urgently looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Associates to strengthen our Sales & Business Development team. The selected candidates will play a key role in generating business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Generate new business opportunities and candidate leads through phone calls, social media platforms, online marketing channels, referrals, and field visits.

2. Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective candidates and institutional partners from the company database.

3. Identify and engage potential customers through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital communication platforms.

4.Support and participate in weekly seminars, information sessions, career fairs, and promotional events to attract new candidates.

5. Conduct regular field visits to Technical Training Centers (TTCs), Japanese language schools, polytechnic institutes, universities, and other educational institutions.

6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

· Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, or Corporate Relations will be an advantage.

· Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Additional Requirements

· Age: 22–29 years.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

· Good command of both Bangla and English.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
