Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the forecasted sales targets that are set by Head of Sales.
∎ Visit the institutes, Corporate Companies, travel agencies, embassy, etc. as advised by the Manager on new promotion/campaign.
∎ Build excellent rapport with corporate clients/ event organizers to encourage new and repeated business opportunities.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
∎ Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
∎ Gather market and guest information
∎ Conduct periodic marketing research on target market, population, age groups of kids, nationalities, competitors share, customer satisfaction level, etc.
∎ Prepare and execute presentations, particular programs/products/services;
∎ Plan, organize and find clients in order to achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
∎ Meet the both targeted clients and agencies on regular basis.
∎ Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
∎ Constructively handle all client and agency complaints and responsible for bringing solutions
∎ Follow and keeps track of all the agency / client activities of own channels and organize the data to be reported on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Relevant working experience in Water Park/Hotel/Resort/Entertainment.
∎ Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Report writing
∎ Microsoft Office
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Appropriate Service Charge as per Park policy
