Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ App/Product Sales & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase the adoption and usage of our app among large enterprise clients. Engage and convert high-value clients, ensuring seamless integration of the app into their business. Leverage market research, outreach, and industry connections to identify and capture key sales opportunities.
∎ Client Onboarding & Integration: Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of the app into their operations. Provide personalized training and ongoing support to ensure clients fully understand the app’s features, driving long-term product usage. Work with the product and technical teams to customize onboarding based on client needs.
∎ Account Management & Client Retention: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure continued use of the app. Regularly check in with clients, assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities for product use, and resolve any issues to maintain a high level of client success. Foster loyalty by offering tailored solutions to meet evolving client needs.
∎ Growth & Sales Expansion: Lead initiatives to expand the app’s reach in targeted markets, including strategic partnerships, campaigns, and offline promotions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new clients through personalized outreach, boosting revenue and market penetration.
∎ Product Feedback & Market Insights: Gather client feedback to help refine the product, ensuring it meets the needs of enterprise clients. Collaborate with the product team to align app features with market demands and recommend enhancements to improve client satisfaction and drive adoption.
∎ Sales Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets are met. Optimize the sales process using data insights and track the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and successful closings. Adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics and feedback to support business growth objectives.
∎ Client Support & Issue Resolution: Ensure clients receive timely support, addressing product issues and challenges. Proactively provide solutions to enhance the client experience, ensuring they derive maximum value from the app.
