Educations:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, CSE, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UX/UI design.

• Portfolio showcasing high-quality UXUI work is a must.

• Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping).

• Basic understanding of UX & UI principles, navigation patterns, and accessibility.

• Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.

• A thirst for learning and proving her/himself.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Preferred:

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and Figma plugins.

• Experience working in agile/scrum environments.

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.

Job Summary:

The Junior UX/UI Designer will support the design and development of digital products under the TecHHub Bangladesh. The role involves transforming business requirements into clean, user-friendly, and high-quality high-fidelity interfaces. The candidate must be comfortable working closely with the Business Analyst, using Figma efficiently, and applying AI-assisted design methods such as prompt engineering and Figma Make to accelerate the workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements through close collaboration with the Business Analyst and project stakeholders.

• Create clear user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity UI screens, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile products.

• Use Figma Make, AI tools, and prompt engineering to generate and refine design ideas.

• Maintain consistent layout, spacing, typography, and accessibility across all UI screens.

• Prepare organized Figma files, export assets, and deliver developer-ready specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, developers, QA, and senior designers.

• Present design concepts, accept feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.

• Support development and QA teams by reviewing UI builds and ensuring visual accuracy.

• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, accessibility practices, and AI-based design workflows.
