∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a reputed university
∎ LINUX certification will be considered as an extra advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Engineer, Network Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting; mail/ outlook configuration, printer, monitoring virtual machines and troubleshooting them, etc., per company IT policy.
∎ Ensure all necessary hardware, software, and network-related support to the end user when required
∎ Monitoring the company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN networks and maintaining network routers like Mikrotik, and Fortinet Firewall
∎ Configure and maintain router, WAN, and virtualization system
∎ Install server with Linux and Windows server environment
∎ Maintain proper documentation for updating inventory of all hardware and IT products and information
∎ Ensure hardware, software, and network upgrades installation, re-installation, changes, and re-locations
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Network Solutions and System Administration course from IDB Scholarship
Salary: Negotiable
