Responsibilities & Context:

* Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities

* Assist in course selection, country choice, and university applications

* Handle offer letter processing, SOP review, and document verification

* Guide students through visa application procedures

* Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure smooth processing

* Build and maintain relationships with international universities & partners

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

* Achieve counseling targets and maintain service quality

* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

* Proficiency in MS Excel

* Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT,Gimini, automation tools, etc.)

* Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

* Experience in visa/consultancy work is a plus
