Job Context:
∎ Codemen Solutions Limited is a fast-growing IOT application solution provider in Dhaka searching for Junior level Project manager with good project management knowledge and English (Written and Spoken) communication skill to deliver the best possible service.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of Product development and project management
∎ Manage product and projects tasks in Jira
∎ Strong communication with business and development team members,
∎ Handle Change Request
∎ Maintain delivery schedule
∎ Risk analysis, escalation and action planning
∎ Manage releases with quality and proper release note
∎ Prepare user manual for the upcoming deliverables with QA tam
∎ Confirm required documentations are ready for a product /project
∎ Review and Confirm UI design matches with implementation
∎ Produce weekly project status report for management
∎ Review issue, Test cases, Test Plan, QA report and documentation with QA team
∎ Distribute the task among team members based on skills set
∎ Must have experience on Jira Project management tools
∎ Can handle both Web and Mobile apps
∎ Ability to do multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
∎ Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
∎ Detailed oriented.
∎ Communicating with foreign team fluently and making them understand about the needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have min 2 years professional experience as Software Project Manager.
∎ Must have experience to work with min 15+ Software Engineer and 6 QA members.
∎ Proficiency in professional communication in English is a must
∎ Experience with scrum methodology for software development
∎ The ability to work well with cross functional teams
∎ The ability to organize, maintain process, meet deadlines and do multi-task
∎ Ready to offer long-term commitment, must have long-term vision
∎ Must have mindset to conduct meetings with clients and partners after office hour (EST time)
∎ Should have the ability to work under extreme pressure.
∎ Willingness to grow with the Company.
∎ High work Ethics & Professionalism.
