Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science from any reputed University with good academic result.
∎ Any Professional degree in Information Technology is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support on the day-to-day IT operations of the company users.
∎ Operation of MS Office, Office management software & Troubleshooting with cloud.
∎ Should be self-motivated and stay updated on new technologies, systems, and policies regarding IT infrastructure for assisting management.
∎ Assist to maintain and service of Desktop, Laptop, scanner, Printer & Wi-Fi etc.
∎ Assist to networking, e-mail configure & maintenance.
∎ Assist to installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Installation, Configuration, upgrade and maintenance of IT-Equipment. (i.g. user computer, printers, CCTV, network equipment, scanners, servers, peripheral devices).
∎ Overall co-ordination of IT Infrastructure (systems & networks) and Application(software) Development
∎ Hands-on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting. Clear concept about TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP-routing, VPN, Sub-netting and Firewall.
∎ Performs other duties and tasks as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 (two) years practical experiences in relevant field preferably in any Bank or NBFI.
∎ Honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum supervision.
∎ Database Management System (MySQL, MS SQL Server 2019 or 2022)
∎ Outstanding knowledge of IT hardware and software used, computer network systems, database software, network security.
∎ Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
