Responsibilities & Context:
Overall shift management to ensure end-to-end product delivery.
Order processing and delivery challan creation in ERP and Tally.
Coordination with the sales and production teams for proactive feedback to customers.
Ensure faster vehicle loading and monitor transit status for trip optimization.
Follow proper SOPs and complete sign-off on all documents once loading is done.
Reconciliation and reporting to the line manager on a daily basis regarding distribution and logistics.
