We are currently looking for some Junior Officer who is energetic and hard working to ready to support in improve daily production and quality improve.
∎ Job Location:Gazipur (Mawna, Sreepur)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for meet the daily production Meeting ,
∎ Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
∎ Supervision of all Production Process in the Production floor.
∎ Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production work flow.
∎ Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
∎ Reduce waste of Accessories on finishing Section.
∎ Support in reduce excess OT.
∎ Work with floor in-charge to ensure the manpower setup as per lay out.
∎ Support floor in-charge in ensure the daily style wise target achievement. To meet the shipment dates.
∎ Ensure the floor discipline
∎ Work with floor in-charge Maintain Daily sewing & finishing qty, output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Maintain Daily wastage record.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ 1-2 years' experience in production/quality control in woven garment.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Good team player & can do attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
