Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline.
∎ Preferably from BBA in HRM, Accounting, Finance
∎ BSS in Economics, Statistics
∎ B.Sc. in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge over different wages scale according to BEPZA Rules and Labor Law.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about the operational Process of Payroll Software.
∎ Gather information on hours worked for each employee.
∎ Update all types of attendance and leave related information into system and ensure on time availability at related stakeholder end.
∎ Update employee information in HRIS regularly and maintain availability with respect to salary, benefits, leave and attendance.
∎ Input data into HRIS modules to ensure effective and productive use of the system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to stay in Nilphamari/ Saidpur.
∎ Good interpersonal & presentation Skill.
∎ Leadership ability to lead the team.
∎ Professional training will get preference
∎ Good working knowledge of MS office Software
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities and completing projects under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
