Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and prepare deeds and documents including but not limited to Title search, Ownership verification, Mortgage Deed, IGPA, Deed of Redemption, Deed of
∎ Ensuring title search of documents in due time before disbursement of Loan.
∎ Monitor and follow up of the title search and ensuring the authenticity of the property documents through proper verification method.
∎ Complete vetting of land documents and prepare opinion along with wanting list if applicable within 24 hours of receiving the file and co-ordinate with RM and external lawyer regarding obtaining wanted documents and external opinion as soon as possible.
∎ Co-ordinate with the concerned person/department regarding disposal of vetting & searching bills and have at all times updated information/data regarding the same.
∎ Assisting colleagues for updating land related collateral security reports (under CIB report) for Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Support and assist the business end in any way possible and co-ordinate efficiently with them throughout loan disbursement process meaning from vetting land documents to reviewing files for disbursement and whatever follows in-between.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Well conversant in Laws relating to Land, Mortgage Deed, Contract Act, Company Companies Act, Company Law etc.
∎ The applicants should have work experience in Law Firm.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill both in English and Bengali
∎ Strong Team Player
∎ Ability work independently and under pressure and interact with people at all level

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Age at most 36 years
Legal Knowledge in Banking and Finance;
Well conversant in laws relating to Land, Agreement, IGPA, Mortgage, Contract Act, Company Companies Act, Company Law etc.
The applicants should have work experience in Law Firm.
Good written and verbal communication skill both in English and Bengali
Strong Team Player
Ability work independently and under pressure and interact with people at all level
